Here's a fun new activity to try...foilboarding! What is foilboarding, you ask? A foilboard is a type of board used in water sports. It is distinct from surfboards in that it has a hydrofoil rather than fins mounted underneath. This hydrofoil design allows the surfboard and its rider to rise above the water’s surface, allowing for fast speeds and increased maneuverability in a wide range of surf conditions. Florida Keys Foil is the official dealer for the brand FOIL for Monroe County and is located in Marathon. You can purchase foilboards from them, but before you do, take a lesson!
