Before You Book

Please read the following details about our property and rules prior to booking your stay with us.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. 50% is due at the time of reservation. Reservations made within 60 days of the rental period require payment in full. The balance is due 60 days prior to the rental period and will be charged to the credit card on file. Non-payment will result in a cancellation of reservation and a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit paid.

2. Limited Damage Waiver is $119 per week or part thereof. Applies to all reservations.

3. Reservations that are canceled, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the start of the stay will receive a full refund, less a $350+ tax change fee. Less than 60 days prior to the start no refunds will be issued. Changes, when available, require a $350+ tax fee, plus any rate & fees increase & are subject to approval.

4. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

5. Maximum number of guests on the property at all times is 10.

6. No tobacco, vape, or illegal substance use allowed on the property.

7. Due to multiple staircases, the property is not mobility limited or handicapped friendly.

8. No pets. Owners have pet allergies so all animals, except for legal service animals, are not allowed.

9. Our neighborhood

   • Please keep noise levels low and be respectful of the fact that there are neighbors on both sides.

   • City mandated quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am.

   • Our neighbors have friendly dogs that venture on to our property now and then. Please keep this in consideration if there are members in your party that have a fear of dogs.

   • Life happens...the neighbors sometimes make noise. We cannot control their actions.

10. Our waterfront

    • We are located directly on the ocean with an incredible view and a private beach. There is a grassy flat in front of the house and, because of this, the water is very shallow and muddy. You can still utilize the ocean front for beach and water activities (it's very friendly for wildlife viewing, bone fishing, lobstering, and kite boarding!), but this is notification of the muddy bottom, grassy buildup on the beach, and shallow water level - especially at low tide!

11. Security cameras

    • We have exterior security cameras in public access areas to protect our investment and for your safety (i.e. theft, break in). The area is safe, but this is just an added precaution.

12. We will require you to sign a contract and provide proof of your identity at time of booking.
